§ 10.20.010. PROVISIONS THAT APPLY TO PARKING LOTS.

All the provisions of this chapter and of the Cal. Vehicle Code which would apply to vehicles and pedestrians upon public roads, streets or highways shall apply to vehicles and pedestrians, either upon, entering or leaving any public parking lot in the city. It is the purpose of this section to make this entire title and the entire Cal. Vehicle Code apply to such parking lots in the same manner and to the same extent that this title and the said code would apply if said parking lots were public streets, roads or highways.
